Shorter URL address to app

Now you don't need to use full url address to go to the app creation. When you want to send someone or publish a link to your app, you can use shorter version of the url: site_name/app/APPNAME.

For example instead of using this: https://test.qalcwise.com/AppInstance/Create/0-App-HOTINBOX
you can use this: https://test.qalcwise.com/App/HOTINBOX
