Workspaces

Workspaces are thematic areas, where you can have your apps, messages and tasks. They are used to organize space. When you press arrow next to name of Workspace, will be expanded a list where you can select or add a workspace.

When you create new workspace, you can:

• Name new workspace
• Describe what will it be used for
• Choose app, which will appear in Dashboard
• Choose color of new workspace
• Chose, who will be the owner of this workspace
• Choose persons, who will be able to see this workspace
• Choose persons, who will be able to modify and add messages to this workspace 
• Select whether it is possible to delete instances of the app and messages from the archive (the option is available only if it is enabled in the Page info tab in the administration)
