An action step performs the selected action in the workflow.
Where to use actions

Parameters
Action Name (type: text): the name of the action defined in the workflow that is to be executed. The action will be triggered only if the workflow is in the appropriate state.
If multiple actions are assigned to a button, the "Execute Action" action should be placed last. This ensures that the other actions assigned to the button are executed first, and then the action in the workflow is triggered.
