This step allows you to transcribe an audio file. Based on the selected recording, text corresponding to the spoken content is generated. The transcription result is saved in the specified cell.
Where can you use the action:

Parameters:
DataSourceName (type: text): the data source ID previously entered in the external data source configuration
Attachment (type: text): the address of the attachment type cell or the attachments section containing the audio file to be transcribed
Result address (type: text): the address of the text cell where the transcription result will be saved
External Data Source Configuration
To use AI transcription, you must first configure an external data source.
Go to:
Administration Panel → External Data Sources
Then expand the "Select which data source you want to configure" list and choose AI.

To configure the data source for the AI - Transcribe Audio action, set the following values:
- Provider - AzureFoundry
- Mode - StandaloneLlm
- ProcessingModelUrl - https://qalcwise-ai-foundry-sweden.cognitiveservices.azure.com/
- ProcessingModelApiKey – your Azure AI Foundry API key.
- ProcessingModel - whisper
Leave all remaining fields empty.
